Position Overview:
ColorGraphic Printing is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bindery Technician to join our production team. This role is responsible for the final stage of the printing process—ensuring all printed materials are accurately cut, folded, bound, and finished to meet customer specifications and quality standards.

Responsibilities:
• Operate bindery and finishing equipment including cutters, folders, stitchers, and laminators
• Perform tasks such as cutting, folding, collating, stapling, padding, perforating, and packaging
• Read and interpret job tickets and production instructions
• Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and consistency
• Maintain equipment and keep work area clean and organized
• Work closely with press operators and production team to meet deadlines
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines

Qualifications:
• Previous bindery or print shop experience preferred (but willing to train the right candidate)
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with machinery
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
