Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Offset Press Helper to join our team. This role is perfect for someone looking to start a rewarding career with opportunities for advancement. As an Offset Press Helper, you will work closely with our experienced Press Operators, gaining hands-on experience and training that can lead to becoming a Press Operator. This job is physical and does require lifting.

Responsibilities:
• Assist the Press Operator with daily press operations
• Load paper stock into press feeders
• Maintain proper ink and solution levels
• Help with press setup, cleanup, and routine maintenance
• Monitor production to help ensure quality and efficiency
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Follow all company safety procedures and production standards

Qualifications:
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to lift materials and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented production environment
• Mechanical aptitude is a plus, but not required
• Previous manufacturing or printing experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right candidate
